Throughout the festival, Alisha Sett, curator of An Attic Full of Film, will play the role of writer-in-residence at the exhibition. Visitors are invited to join her for these open sessions to have a conversation about their own family photos, or to come and write in the space.

Transnational Nuclear Photography since 3.11
By curator and art historian Prajna Desai.
This talk will offer a contemporary view of nuclear landscapes in contemporary photography from Canada, Australia, and India, and discuss what it means to create socially and politically-engaged images of landscapes in the wake of the 2011 nuclear meltdown in Fukushima, Japan. In conjunction with Before Now, Then: Before Now, Then: Picturing Loss in Contemporary Japanese Photography on view at the Dr. Bhau Daji lad Museum.
