Through these photographs, Silvia Camporesi recounts her own journey across Italy in search of abandoned places. This project goes beyond geographic borders that could potentially be infinite, using a path towards unknown places to reflect a very personal vision of the world and of things. More than depicting a specific place, her images show the passage, often bitter, between past and present. They tell intimate stories not of a country, but of humanity.
